Here I will provide multiple solutions to mental health problems and hopefully give you some help!

1. Talk About It

If you are struggling with mental health the first, and arguably the hardest step, is to admit you have an issue. Talking about the issue is extremely beneficial, you might even find someone you went through what you're going through. Talking about it will make you less alone about the issue.

2. Look for Help

Ask people around you for help. They can assist in getting you a therapist, or just be a good listener when you need one.

3. Focus on Yourself

Make sure you are okay. Do little check-in's with yourself to make sure your okay. There are plenty of brain training/meditative apps out there you can use.

My Recommendations-

App- Stop, Breathe, and Think

This app provides multiple guided meditation sessions that will help you get out of your own head. There are some downloadable content options (paid meditations) but buying them is not necessary. As said best by the Fast Company:

"You can change your whole frame of mind with just a few minutes of meditation." -Fast Company

App- Calm

This app provides meditations sessions that give you however many minutes a day. The first one is 7 days and is given to you for free. It also provides different meditative services depending on what you need. The best thing about this app is it's "sleep stories" , they are stories read to you in a calming voice to help you fall asleep. They are probably one of the most unique features about this app.

App- Peak

Peak is a brain training service that gives you four free activities per day to help strengthen your mind and gives you feedback on how well you're doing. It tests you on your Memory, Problem Solving, Language, Mental Agility, Focus and Emotional abilities. If you'd like to compare, currently I have a 333 in Focus, 330 in Memory, 329 in Language, 233 in Problem Solving, 232 in Mental Agility, and a 190 in Emotion!

App- Headspace

Headspace is a meditative app that provides what they call "Take 10" which is a 10 day meditation course, lasting 10 minutes per day. Although most of the app's features you will need to pay for. I highly recommend using "Take 10" if you are new to meditation as app creator Andy gives thorough explains and guides you through meditations as if you are a beginner.

4. Know Yourself

Take time to get to know yourself and your mental illness as to be better prepared when you feel down. It will be extremely beneficial and provide a better understanding of what's actually happening to you.
